14 DAY NO QUIBBLE RETURNS
We’re confident that you’ll be happy with your watch, but if for any reason you decide that you’d like to return your watch we offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy from the date of delivery, allowing you to send the watch back to us for a full refund. You must return the watch within 14 days from the date you made your request. We will then refund you within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Please note, all returned watches MUST be returned in the same condition as they were sold in and MUST include all accessories and documentation they were sold with. Should this not be the case, a reduced refund will be given. This return option is not mobile and only the person who made the purchase is eligible to return the watch and receive a refund. There is no restocking charge.
12 MONTH WARRANTY
Every watch we sell comes with a 12 month warranty, this runs alongside any remaining manufacturer's warranty it may also have. Should your watch develop a mechanical issue through no fault of your own we shall cover the cost of its repair, free of charge to you. As also detailed in our servicing section, for warranty repairs we will use the services of Perpetual Time.
All of our fully serviced watches (by the aforementioned Perpetual Time) will come with their warranty provided by the watchmaker themselves. You can send your watch to them for repair either via us or via contacting them directly.
Our 12 month warranty covers mechanical defects only. The warranty does not cover against loss, damage (including wear and tear), theft or neglect (i.e. water ingress from the crown being left open). Third party inspection or fitment of third party parts will void this warranty. This warranty is not mobile and only the person who made the original purchase is entitled to its benefits.
Any remaining manufacturers warranty supersedes the warranty we offer, as such if you have any remaining manufacturers warranty, then you can send your watch to them for repair either via us or via your nearest authorised retailer or boutique.
