TUDOR PRINCE DATE SUBMARINER 75190
WHY THIS WATCH - MINT LIKE-NEW CONDITION, ORIGINAL BOX/PAPERS
THINGS TO MENTION - N/A
The Tudor Submariner began its life just one year after the Rolex Submariner some 67 years ago in 1954, but it wasn't until the introduction of the 76000 in the mid-80's that we saw a 36mm case size. Given the original 7922, 7923 and 7924 Submariners were all 37mm's wide, it could be said that the 36mm case of the 76000/75090/75190 is a truer representation of the original Tudor Submariner. The progression of the 36mm watches closely followed that of the 40mm version, with the 76000 being seen as the transitional model (along with the 76100) bringing Tudor back from the famed 94010 and 94110 snowflake models towards the more traditional Submariner aesthetic. With the 75190 (along with the 79190) introducing a sapphire crystal and further bezel and dial combinations. Noted of late is the steady increase in price of these 36mm Tudor watches, with them currently running at about 50% of that of their larger counterparts. You can be hard pushed to find 'investment' Tudor's but we feel these fall firmly into that category, sitting happily alongside the larger 40mm Submariners.
This example is offered with an polished steel bezel, black gloss dial with white applied indices. It is presented on the original jubilee bracelet and all elements of both the watch and strap are in their original mint, like-new condition. The original box and papers are included, along with a hangtag, however we cannot guarantee the hangtag is original to the watch.
